This page explains the data handled by the current Ablitron preview.
Public registration and paid API access are enabled. The service is at an early stage. Some company and policy details below remain incomplete.
Who handles your data?
IMPULSAX DIGITAL SL (NIF B25915489) is responsible for Ablitron account, billing and support administration. Contact support@ablitron.com. The registered address remains pending in our company notice.
What we process
- Account email, password hash, verification and reset records, sessions and API-key hashes.
- API usage metadata such as model, token counts, timestamps, request identifiers, costs and credit movements.
- Payment references, subscription status and invoices handled with Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not in the Ablitron application.
- Messages you send to support and web-server security/access logs.
Why we process it
We use account and usage data to provide requested services, authenticate access and calculate balances; payment records to administer transactions and meet applicable accounting obligations; and limited technical records to protect and operate the service. We use support correspondence to respond to your requests.
Prompts and model responses
API requests are forwarded to an external inference provider to generate responses. The application usage ledger does not store prompt or response text. This does not mean that no infrastructure or provider can process or retain content. Do not send secrets or sensitive personal data during the preview.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, email, payments and inference providers process data needed for their services. Hosting and email currently run on our Hostinger VPS; payments use Stripe. The final processor, location, transfer-safeguard and retention disclosures remain to be completed and are currently pending.
Cookies and external resources
The console uses an essential session cookie for authentication. The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, which entails requests to Google's servers. We do not currently install advertising or analytics cookies in the Ablitron application. Stripe's hosted checkout has its own privacy information.
Retention and your rights
Records must be retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations. The detailed retention and backup-deletion schedule remains pending.
Contact support@ablitron.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). This preview notice is not a completed privacy disclosure for public paid access.
